10 Foods You Should Have in Your Diet

Blueberries. Blueberries have been shown to help preserve memory function because they are so high in flavonoids.  They are also high in water content, which helps with hydrating your skin and other cells.

Pistachios. Pistachios are packed with fiber and protein. They are also low in calories.

Dark Chocolate. Dark chocolate is high in antioxidants and has been shown to lower blood pressure.

Egg Whites.  Egg whites are high in protein and fat free. Egg whites help to keep your muscles and bones strong and healthy.

Spinach. Spinach is stacked with antioxidants, including vitamin C. It’s also a good source of iron, which keeps your nails and hair healthy and strong.

Pumpkin.  Pumpkin contains many nutrients that help your bones, skin, and heart stay healthy. Nutrients found in pumpkin can also help reduce the risk of arthritis and lower blood pressure.

Red Bell Pepper. Red bell pepper is filled with vitamin C. In fact one red bell pepper has twice as much vitamin C as an orange.

Bananas. Bananas are packed with potassium and fiber. Both of these nutrients are key to keeping you muscular and digestive systems working properly.

Oats. Oats are a great source of fiber, which helps with keeping blood sugar levels under control and lowering cholesterol.
