Increase Your Exercise Productivity

We all have periods where our body just won’t budge. We know we have quite a ways to go before reaching a healthy weight or slimming our midsection.  We are motivated but stuck at a weight-loss plateau.  At such times, our bodies need a major jump start.

Many of us are not interested, nor have the time to run a 10 K or spend hours at the gym.  A number of us have an aversion to long cardio sessions on the treadmill or elliptical.
