A team member or doctor will ask you some questions about your health history and previous treatments you may have sought. Beginning with the most obvious questions of all: What is it that has brought you to us today? What hurts? Where? For how long? It’s your perception that matters to us. We want to make your treatment path one that suits YOUR needs, and we want to start in the area in which you are most concerned. We will then move in to not so obvious questions that help our team turn over all the stone to figure out the true cause of your health condition and help you for the rest of your life.

We may do some digital x-rays, posture evaluations or other tests to determine exactly what is going on and how much we can help you. Some tests may seem a little unusual or unconventional, but we know what we are doing, and we know what we have to do it to uncover the real source of your pain.
4. Sharing
We promise to share with you whether or not we think we can help. If we do think we can, we will let you know and may even start to help that day. But there will be NO GUESSWORK. Yes, you may leave our office with some soreness or reaction to some of our maneuvers and exercises, but that’s to be expected. We want to get you moving in the right direction!
5. Honesty
You have our word that we will be honest if we believe we can help you, and if for some reason we cannot, we will work to connect you with a health provider who can.
